At FurRocket.com, we work hard to get your pet’s favorite products delivered quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to follow your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact furrocketorders@gmail.com.

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

Carrier selection may vary based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

If you still cannot locate your package after 3 business days, please reach out to us at furrocketorders@gmail.com, and we’ll help investigate.
Please note that FurRocket.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:

Send the photos to furrocketorders@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and send a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us immediately at furrocketorders@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll update the address.
If it has already shipped, we’re unable to reroute it and cannot guarantee recovery.
9. Holiday Shipping Notice
To ensure on-time delivery during holidays, please place orders early.
Carriers may experience delays in December and other peak periods.
