Refund Policy

At FurRocket.com, your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you and your pets to be thrilled with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened bags of pet food or treats

  • Used grooming supplies (brushes, shampoos, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at furrocketorders@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as we may not be able to process your return.


4. Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by our team

In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or card issuer — processing times may vary.


6. Exchanges

Need a different size or product? We’re happy to help!
Simply email furrocketorders@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through exchanging your item.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly and send a replacement or refund.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations may not be possible — but you can still request a return after delivery.
